the monistic

“THE MONISTIC” was founded by former members of my old band “BETWEEN PORTALS” and our new singer, Carsten, from locally known band “SINTROPHY”.

After releasing our debut EP “TRAUMANIC” and our second EP “MANACE TO MYSELF” we are already working and
recording new music as well as producing new music videos, always raising our own standard.

We are eager to present our music live, already playing shows all around germany.

Leaves

In May 2021 “LEAVES” was founded, set to make a impact in todays metalcore and melodic hardcore scene.

With music that is calm and atmospheric as well as emotionally and sonically heavy, our first singles were perceived beyond expectations, and we can’t wait to release more music and a debut album very soon!

“LEAVES” disbanded in March 2024 due to different artistic visions.

Traveller

From November 2016 until the release of the bands first EP “HOURGLASS” (April 2017), I played drums for “TRAVELLER”.

We played a lot of shows, won contests and I gained a lot of experience playing for this band, thus I am really thankful for the time together.

Between Portals

From January 2018 to May 2021 I played drums for “BETWEEN PORTALS”.

We used the time to gain local traction and attention with playling shows and releasing a few singles. After parting with our main vocalist we decided to take the project to a whole new level and a short time after: “THE MONISTIC” was born.

Sarah Lahn

From September 2017 to late 2020 I was part of Sarah Lahn’s Band!

We played multiple shows/festivals like “Bochum Total” for a few years and it was a lot of fun to explore a different kind of music on my drumming journey.

I played in a variety of local bands, musicals and other projects throughout my teens and was able to learn a lot about playing live before hitting stages with my first metal band “TRAVELLER”.
